Cecelia’s Ristorante & Martini Bar Announces New Chef, Stephen Pim

 

Cecelia’s Ristorante & Martini Bar, specializing in classic Italian cuisine, announces the hiring of a new head chef, Stephen Pim. Chef Pim brings over 14 years of top- notch culinary experience to his new post. Having worked in all aspects of the kitchen, he understands what it takes to keep an established restaurant going strong.

“We are super excited to bring chef Pim aboard,” explains Dave Barbara, the owner of the Elmwood Village based Cecelia’s. “He possesses an incredible mixture of experience, education and foresight. Our customers are going to love him for what he creates for them.”

Over the past 14 years, Chef Pim has worked at such area restaurants as Savor, Niagara Falls, Mangia Ristorante, Orchard Park and Curly’s Bar & Grill, Lackawanna among others.

“I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my culinary journey,” adds Chef Steve Pim. “I’m happy that my skills will be put to use in such a fine dining establishment. I’m excited about the opportunity to meet the customers and help make their dining experience truly exceptional.”

Cecelia’s Ristorante & Martini Bar, located at 716 Elmwood Ave, Buffalo, specializes in classic Italian cuisine. Options include such specialties as deck oven pizzas, pastas, meat, poultry and seafood as well as vegetarian and gluten-free options.
